The food was excellent! A bit spicy so ask for mild when you order. Service was great. Restaurant was clean. highly recommend when you are in Napa and want Indian food!

GREAT SERVICE! My husband and I went for our anniversary and the mood was set! Very nice people and host. As soon as you walk in, you are greeted with warm smiles that seem familiar. The food was beyond delicious! We got the butter chicken and if you love spicy, definitely recommend the extra hot! Will return!

I'm only giving 5 stars because I can't give fifty. I became vegan eight years ago and this is one of, if not thee best dining experiences I have had, and certainly at this price point. The place is not entirely vegan, but there are tons of options and the menu is very clearly and consistently laid out so vegans can order easily (note: for a few of the options with a "v" you still have to stipulate, as per the menu item description; I just stipulated at the beginning that we wanted everything vegan). We had the samosa appetizer, gobhi manchurian, and tofu curry, and each was phenomenal. After this, and roti and two rices on the side, my fiancee and I were not able to finish. It took her, myself, and my mom to finish the next day, which was mother's day. I think it was the best mother's day gift ever. We ended up going here as part of a two-night stay. But seriosly, we live in SF and I suspect we will be driving out the hour just for a little scenery and this place.

The food is amazing and the service is great, the food is ready fast. The ambiance is amazing.

We were looking for a new place to try so went in to Aroma. We ordered the shrimp biryani appetizer, the butter chicken, the lamb curry, basmati rice and garlic naan. The butter chicken was delicious, really tender chicken and flavorful sauce. The shrimp had a nice kick and there were plenty to share. Those were our two standout dishes but everything was good. Staff were attentive without being overbearing. The food was served quickly for a fair price.

My girlfriend and I got the butter chicken, very yummy and very creamy. Definitely returning just for this. Our waiter was nice and always had a smile. I've eaten quite a bit of Indian food and this was one of the better places to choose especially if you're local! I was going to take a picture but it was all gone.

Excellent food and friendly service. Highly recommend. Gobhi Manchurian and Chicken Tikka Masala are particularly good. They also have many, many types of naan.

I ordered a glass of wine, an eggplant entre, and assorted naan. Total bill was $51. which was reasonable given the quality and quantity. Service was attentive, courteous and timely. Recorded Indian pop music was played at just the right volume. I am not a first time customer and have enjoyed both solo and group gatherings at this relaxing and welcoming restaurant. The outstanding choice on the menu IMO is the assorted naan, the best I've had at any Indian restaurant.

The ambience was casual and the food excellent! I greatly enjoyed the ghobi Manchurian and naan. Our group was large--14-- and everyone was full and satisfied when we finished. If you like Indian food, Aroma is for you!

The service was great, very attentive and made the night special. The food was a little more spicy than i expected, but very tasty!

Visited Aroma on a whim. We ordered pani puri, papdi chaat, chole bhature, and soya chili chaap for our appetizers. Pani puri was good but it was filled with too much potato for my liking. Papdi chaat was okay. Soya chili chaap was very tasty and the chole bhature were delicious! I would say the chole bhature were my favorite. For the mains we ordered garlic and plain naan, mango chicken, daal makhani, karahi paneer, and raita. Garlic naan had a lot of fresh garlic. The food was pretty fresh tasting and the spice level was customizable. The server/owner was really friendly and nice. We wanted to order chai but it was going to take too long to prepare since they brew the spices for a while. Honestly a very solid Indian food option in Napa. If I'm in the area again I would come back and hopefully try the chai.

I started with tasty, mildly spicy coconut fried shrimp and finished with tender chunks of lamb in a wrap with bell peppers, onions and chutney. My husband had the Bindi Masala (Indian style okra) chicken curry, Jasmine rice and garlic naan. Aroma is definitely the place to go to when you are in the mood for delicious Indian food or just a great meal.

Came in 30 minutes before closing and was treated with personable hospitality and kindness. Delicious food was delivered quickly and very filling. Indoor seating with outdoor and patio in the back, well kept restaurant with a very nice view. I would definitely recommend this restaurant and I will be returning with family!!

Tasty and very authentic Indian food. You must try their spinach naan! Clean restaurant and very attentive staff. I recommend this hidden gem that is away from Napa's touristy spots. Easy parking too.

I just moved to Napa two months ago, and my wife and I are absolute foodies, and we both cook. I am the kind of guy that searches for the best foods in many cultures wherever I travel. Aroma is the real thing. That being said, Aroma's dishes are divine! Aromatic, like the name says, but also there is love in the cooking. I cannot stand when you pay money for "phoned-in" food. We only did take out last night, but when home, the food was was as good as my favorite West Hollywood Indian restaurant, and, I have been to many Indian restaurants in my life. The balance of spices were great. Tenderness of lamb, perfect. The Saag Paneer was the best I have had in years. I am looking forward to bringing the family in to sit down for dinner. Also, the bar has a great selection wine and spirits. In Napa, you have to! LOL! Nice job, Aroma!

The food was absolutely amazing! Service was excellent! No complaints! Would drive out of my way any time to come here.. its worth it!

The butter chicken over rice is absolutely spot on. Be warned the mild still has a lot of heat. The masala chai is flavorful with some subtle notes that make for a great lingering flavor.

I haven't been here in a while. Chicken is a little dry. That would be my only negative. Variety of Lassi you dont see anywhere else. The buffet used to have wonderful fish pakhoras. I would love to just get a to go container full of them.

Good food, quick service but not pushy. Nice ambience for a night out or date... ended up chatting and staying for a couple hours and didn't feel rushed at all. Will be back of course! The butter chicken was delicious.

The food was GREAT. I called in a takeout order right before 10:00 PM, and the staff couldn't have been nicer about it. They even threw in some Kashmiri bread (and oh god I can't describe how good it was) because of a slight mix-up. The service is top-notch and the portions are much larger than what you get at other restaurants. Definitely recommended!

Had the lamb curry (ordered hot but you can choose your spicey level), and ordered rice and naan to go with it. It was delicious.

Really enjoyed the meal here. The food was delicious and definitely hit the spot. The service was solid across the board, but Jeet deserves a mention for being especially courteous and helpful throughout the night. It’s a great local find—highly recommended if you're in the area!

Had a wonderful dining experience at Aroma Indian Cuisine! The food was absolutely delicious and full of authentic flavors. We ordered Goat Curry, Karahi Chicken, Paneer Tikka Masala, Garlic Naan, and Laccha Paratha — everything was perfectly cooked and tasted amazing. The spice level was just right, rich flavors, fresh naan, and great portion sizes. The goat curry was especially outstanding! Service was friendly and the atmosphere was comfortable. Highly recommend this place if you’re craving real Indian food. Will definitely be coming back again!
